This is the year of the dragon and what a great way to celebrate, parade dragon cupcakes. The red, green, and yellow scales, flowers, and horns are crafted from candy clay. In our new book we show you how to make this tasty workable clay from white morsels and Karo. It works like crafting clay, you can tint it any color, and it tastes great. The snout is a sugar coated wafer ice cream cone. And the spine is made from sugar coated mini s-shaped cookies.
