Broccoli ala McCormick
We got to class today sans green sprinkles, we had sent them to
Chicago with all of our tools for the Sweets and Snacks Expo. But
thinking quick, we grabbed two bottles of white sprinkles, several
drops of green McCormick food coloring, a Ziploc bag. With a zip and
few shakes we were back in business. We spread them on parchment paper
to dry and by the time we were ready to make lo mein noodles we had
plenty of rich green colored sprinkles for our broccoli. The class
couldn't believe how fast and how easy it was. We were impressed too.
Happy cupcaking!

I attended this class and not only was the broccoli unforgettable, so was the entire experience. I don't think I've ever laughed that much. Karen and Alan were a dynamic duo and made you feel like part of the team. The class was fun, educational and rewarding...not to mention more candy and cupcakes in one location that you could imagine, YUM. I highly recommend taking a class if you can, and if not, you should still go for the books - they are well written and easy to follow.
Tons of fun! Thanks for a great night of cupcaking!

We have had so much fun teaching the classes for What's New, Cupcake?. It is hard to know who is having a better time, the students or us! Thanks for the kind comments Julie and...
Keep on cupcaking!
