Duck massacre cupcakes!
Looks like this flock stopped short on landing! Ouch! This is at the
end of our day in Toronto. We taped Canada AM this morning, it airs
tomorrow at 8:30 AM. Watch for the broccoli moment when Alan tints his
hands green! We took these ducks to three interviews and by the end
they looked like this. So sad! But we had a great time and loved
visiting this big wonderful city.

I had this happen to me the first time I made these. The second time I connected the heads with a pretzel stick. That helped!

And we love the extra taste the salt adds to the cupcake! We also use Pokey sticks and Pringle Wheat Sticks, but only just before serving since they tend to soften in the cupcake. We love sharing tips so thanks for telling us and if you have other tips please let us know. That's what makes cupcaking so much fun.

accidents happen, but after seeing your appearance on Canada AM, I rushed out to buy 2 copies of each book. One set for my daughter, and one set for me.My daughter has been doing cupcakes for every occasion since before they were so popular. Can't wait to do these with the grandkids at the cottage this summer.
Accidents or not, your imagination is great!

Hi my name is Ashley and i love your books! i was at a store called sur la table in Fresno and i came across whats new cupcake and i was so inspired! becuase i have a new obsesion with baking so i bought both of your books at the same time and now im doing a blog about them. i am working my way through both of the books. so far i have made 4. i just wanted to say thank you for all of you amazing creations! and i hope i can make it through all of the cupcakes.
