This is how they make tortillas at Ninfas on Navigation in Houston. We
had amazing carnitas, fabulous ceviche made from Gulf fish and shrimp,
and incredile homemade pork stuffed tamales as light as clouds. Never
knew tamales could be light! We ate so well we completely forgot to
eat cupcakes. We'll save that for Central Market tomorrow. We'll send
photos from our cupcake class then. Since it is Texas I'm pretty sure
the cupcakes will be bigger.
