Bluebird of happiness cupcakes
We just love reinventing the wheel, or at least reinventing our
cupcakes. We had the idea of using the basic body structure for our
rubber ducks made from a donut hole and a marshmallow and making a new
critter. We decided to change the yellow dipped frosting intp a simple
spread frosting and tinted it blue. We added beaks fashioned from
Laffy Taffy and cute mini M&Ms for eyes. The resut was an adorable
bluebird of happiness. Make some for Easter, it's sure to get a smile.
