Amy wrote us to say that the corn harvest is looking pretty good in Alabama. We agree. This is one of the best years we have seen for corn in a long time...corn cupcakes that is. And looks like watermelon is doing pretty well too. Now Amy didn't point it out but we think she took some liberties and used yellow and white marshmallows for the kernels instead of the jelly beans we used in Hello, Cupcake!. That's what we call smart cupcaking, finding a new way to make it your own. Thanks Amy. Those are beautiful cupcakes.
