Sorry it has been so long since the last time I posted but we have been off promoting our book Hello, Cupcake! and Karen is still on the road in Texas this week and California next week. If you check our appearances on our web site you might be able to meet up with her at one of her demos or classes. If you haven't been able to catch us on the road, you are in luck because we were lucky to tape a segment of Good Morning America NOW, a new program from GMA, where we had lots of time to show exactly how to make sunflowers from oreos and M&Ms. Karen had a little assistant Travis, son of host Juju Chang, who made some great looking Lady Bugs for the sunflowers. The three of them played hunt and find with the candy on the other cupcake projects too. As they asked Travis to find the Twinkie on the shark, the donut hole on the Alien, and the Oreo cookie on the Panda, his mom Juju commented that it was sort of like I spy for cupcakes and since we love that game we couldn't agree more!
