LIVE April Fool's Day fun.
Karen has some sneaky ideas up her sleeves along with a lot of frosting and candy so be sure to watch.
We also hear from our friends at Cupcakes Take the Cake that they will be on the show on Monday March, 31. Sounds like it will be a whole week of fun. We can't wait to see who else is going to be there!

I received one of these books for Christmas and the pizza cupcakes are not in there...what is all involved?

The pizza is from our newest book, What's New, cupcake?, due out April 1, 2010. It uses chocolate wafer cookies to cover the openings between the cupcakes, then the edge gets a large piped frosting in pale brown for crust. The center gets frosted with red frosting. Finally we add fruit leather for peperoni, white chocolate shavings for cheese, and chocolate cereal for sausage. A little cocoa powder pulls it all together. Mama mia, what a pizza!
