The Cupcakes Take the Cake MEET-UP

We met a bunch of really cool cupcake bloggers on Sunday at a cupcake bakery in Astoria, Martha's Country Bakery on Ditmars Blvd. What fun! They have these great meet-ups every month and get together to eat cupcakes!

Allison and Rachel in the photo below work the BLOG cupcakestakethecake along with Nichelle pictured more below with Karen. These folks eat cupcakes, talk cupcakes, blog cupcakes, and I bet even dream cupcakes! They were pretty serious about them; the flavor, the texture, the frosting, the decorations! The cupcakes were delicious and we had a room full of folks who wanted to talk cupcakes. We were in cupcake heaven. About 20 people attended and in the course of 2 or so hours there was a lot of damage done to a lot of cupcakes!
